How to become a member?
To become a member of ALPHA PREMIUM, customers must follow the procedure below:
– Submit their request by writing to us through the contact form
– ALPHA PREMIUM will then study their request and estimate their budget
Once their needs have been qualified, clients will be asked to pay an annual membership fee.
– The amount of this fee will be defined by ALPHA PREMIUM for each member
What happens once I have paid my membership fee?
Once the membership fee is paid, members will have access to a concierge service.
In addition to this 24/7 concierge service, members will also have access to the following data
– Access to their personal account
– Access to all current reservations
– Access to credits and debits
